All of our services involve working with leaders and teams to develop
or improve self-insight and dialogue skills that are necessary for
handling tough issues effectively. Our services accommodate a wide
variety of learning styles, so you can choose a method that best
meets your needs:
One-on-One Executive Coaching
To address tough issues effectively, leaders need accurate insight into their own mindsets and communication styles, as well as top-notch skills in productive dialogue. Indeed, most of what leaders do on a day-to-day basis comes down to dialogue. Our one-on-one executive coaching program is tailored to fit each leader’s unique personality and work situation. This program provides in-depth coaching that enables leaders to effectively work through their most difficult dialogue challenges.
Group Facilitiation
PMC’s group facilitation program empowers team members to improve their self-insight and dialogue skills through interaction with other team members. This program is often designed around an actual challenge the team is currently facing, or it may be offered more formally through a leadership and motivation training course. The quality of a leader’s dialogue largely determines the quality of his or her leadership. And in management teams, the quality of dialogue drives the quality of teamwork. Through group facilitation, each member becomes a stonger leader and team player as he or she learns new ways to interact that benefit the entire team.
Professional Development Workshops
PMC’s workshops offer many opportunities to learn productive dialogue in groups and teams, and often serve as a platform for more in-depth coaching with individuals or more customized forms of group facilitation. Choose half-day, 1-day, 1½-day, or 2-day versions of each of our workshops.
