This workshop covers a broad spectrum of bargaining situations
ranging from typical two-party exchanges to complex multi-party
negotiations. Through various hands-on cases, group discussions,
and practical exercises, participants develop the analytical skills
necessary for finding mutually advantageous solutions, while also
building the negotiation skills necessary for assuring that these
solutions are accepted and implemented. This workshop is widely
applicable to external negotiations with outside parties as well
as internal negotiations with fellow company members. Participants
develop skills in collaborative problem solving and direct dialogue
that can be applied in most any business negotiation.
