This workshop is designed especially for management team members who are interested in building more productive working relationships within their team. The workshop is appropriate for members of a single management team or for members of different teams. The focus may be on a particular problem or difficulty a single team is facing, or it may be on various problems participants are facing in their respective teams. This workshop provides a state-of-the-art framework for understanding the sources of group effectiveness, and places particular emphasis on developing skills in productive dialogue and healthy disagreement. Participants return to their “home” teams better equipped to foster collaboration while maximizing their own and other team members’ contributions.
